What fleet management covers

Managing a company fleet is about much more than ordering cars. Every vehicle generates costs throughout its life, and each of them can be optimised:

  • The car policy: categories, budgets, choice of models, private-use rules.
  • Contracts for operational leasing, financial leasing or purchase.
  • Insurance and claims: level of cover, deductibles, damage handling.
  • Energy: fuel cards, charging at home, at work and in public.
  • Tyres and maintenance, often overlooked although they drive downtime.
  • Taxation and social charges: deductibility, benefit in kind, CO₂ contribution.
  • Resale at end of use and reporting to steer it all.

Acting on TCO* and TCU*

The purchase price or monthly lease only tells part of the story. TCO* (total cost of ownership) and TCU* (total cost of use) include all of these items. By acting on each of them, we target savings of 15 to 20%**, depending on the size and profile of your fleet.

  2. Costed recommendations: savings levers ranked by impact and ease of implementation.
  3. Market tender: we prepare the specifications and compare the offers. You sign directly with your suppliers.
  4. Follow-up and reporting: TCO*, energy and CO₂ dashboards, continuous adjustment.
