Data needed to carry out an assignment (for example fleet inventory, contracts, mileage, driver data): for this data, Fleet Contacts generally acts as the client's processor, under a data processing agreement.

Billing data and data for managing the business relationship.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your requests and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Carrying out our assignments and invoicing: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).

Maintaining relationships with our clients and business contacts, including occasionally sending information about our services: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), which you may object to at any time.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It may be entrusted to our technical service providers (hosting, contact form delivery service, email, accounting), who are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. It is only shared with a supplier (leasing company, insurer, etc.) at your request or with your agreement, as part of an assignment.

Retention

Contact requests not followed up: 2 years maximum. Assignment data: duration of the assignment, then return or deletion as agreed with the client. Accounting data: 7 years, in accordance with Belgian law.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is passed to third parties when you visit. If analytics tools are added, your prior consent will be requested.
